The financial year is from 1st Nov 2023 to 31st Oct 2024. Gembrook Riding Club fees for the financial year are as follows:

Senior Membership is $235 (includes $65 GRC membership and $170 HRCAV Levy & Insurance cover)

• Access to the Gembrook grounds anytime
• Participation in instructional rally days
• Participation in any fun days, trail rides, social events etc.

Riding Members aged 75-79 is $195 (includes $65 GRC membership and $130 HRCAV Levy & Public Liability cover and reduced Personal Accident cover with reduced benefits)

Riding Members aged 80+ is $165 (includes $65 GRC membership and $100 HRCAV Levy & Public Liability cover only)

Affiliate (2nd Club) Membership is $65 (if you are already a member of another HRCAV affiliated club)

• Senior membership entitlements

Junior Membership is $155 (includes $35 GRC membership and $120 HRCAV Levy & insurance cover)

• You must have an parent or guardian who is also a club member
• Access to the Gembrook grounds with the supervision of an adult club member
• Can participate in any fun days, trail rides, social events etc. (not instructional rally days)

Non-riding Membership is $55 (includes $15 GRC membership and $40 HRCAV Levy & insurance cover)

• Insurance while participating in non-riding, HRCAV approved activities (ie: volunteer)

(Optional) Key to the arena is a $10 once off / non-refundable fee

HRCAV usually reduces their fee (not insurance) by 50% from 1st August for the final 3 months of the financial year.
